The firm’s roots span industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, and applied analytics — with experience in startups, large organizations, and academic settings.

What began as a research-focused practice evolved into an interdisciplinary consultancy serving corporations, universities, labs, and mission-driven organizations.
